基于观测器的深海起重机互补滑模主动升沉补偿Active Heave Compensation for Complementary Sliding Modes of Deep-see Cranes with Observer

摘要(Abstract):
针对深海起重机主动升沉补偿系统的非线性时变负载特性,在互补滑模控制器的基础上利用扰动观测器补偿扰动,实现主动升沉补偿。首先,将复合扰动分为匹配扰动和非匹配扰动两部分,采用互补滑模控制器对匹配扰动进行补偿,并降低系统稳态误差;同时设计扰动观测器对非匹配扰动的导数及其一阶、二阶导数进行估计,补偿至滑模控制律。最后采用MATLAB软件对深海起重机进行建模,搭建基于扰动观测器的互补滑模控制器,在给定负载位移条件下,进行负载位移跟踪仿真研究。结果表明,所设计的控制器在不同系统参数的情况下可实现迅速和精确的补偿控制,并与PID控制器进行对比,有更好的响应速度和控制效果,与普通滑模相比可缩短到达滑平面的时间。
