不同分散剂作用下制备纳米铁及表征Preparation and Characterization of Nanometer Iron Particles under Different Dispersing Agents

摘要(Abstract):
通过湿化学法制备纳米铁。分别选用三种表面活性剂在选定的不同浓度下参与到反应中,通过紫外分光光度计(USP),扫描电子显微镜(SEM),X衍射仪(XRD)对产物进行表征,对比它们在还原过程中对颗粒的分散度及其粒径的影响。根据表征结果可知,在分散剂作用下所制得的纳米铁颗粒的单分散性高,保持本身活性的同时其稳定性较强。对比各结果得出:添加淀粉作为分散剂对制备纳米铁是一种较为理想的处理方法。
