H-矩阵的一种迭代判定An Iterative Criterion for H-matrices

摘要(Abstract)：
提出一种新的实用的判定H-矩阵的迭代法,并举例说明了该方法的有效性。该方法比已有的一些迭代判定法适用范围更广,所需的迭代次数较少。
