四元合金析出行为的非等温傅里叶谱相场模拟Non-isothermal Temperature Field and Precipitation Behavior of Quaternary Alloy Fourier Spectrum Phase Field Simulation

摘要(Abstract):
建立了Fe-Cu-Ni-Mn合金的非等温相场模型,用傅里叶谱方法进行求解,从数值上模拟了Fe-Cu-Ni-Mn合金的非等温析出过程,研究了温度场对合金析出的影响。进行了两次不同的实验模拟,模拟一是恒温状态下合金析出行为,模拟二是非恒温温度场下合金析出行为随温度场的变化情况。两次模拟表明:Cu的沉淀物先从过饱和固溶体中析出,Mn、Ni随后析出。而在相场中加入温度场,可以得出温度随着序参量的变化而变化,进而影响合金的析出,而温度场的加入使得Cu和Ni、Mn在温度较高的地方析出更快更明显。也验证了傅里叶谱方法求解相场方程的可行性及优越性。
